 |
| After
much looking for FRESH, non-prepackaged Sugar Cane, we found
some. This was a vacation long quest because she
"NEEDED" it. We were able to complete the quest on our
last day. As you can see on Nikki's face, it was "well
worth the wait"! |

FIRE
DANCER VIDEO 95 MEGS
Nicole took a really good video of the fire
dancer portion of the Luau. It is a pretty big file, but she did a
great job on it. |

Some
of our favorite signs during the trip |
|
 |
 |
 |
 |
| Posted
on a Banyan tree with about 20 kids (including Erik) climbing in
it. |
Do
I really need to say anything here? |
I
have to admit, we broke the law here and drove while sighted
still. And not a sign of any blind drivers. |
Maybe
this is where all the plants on the island come from? |
 |
 |
 |
 |
| No
sign of baby papayas, but there was a strange goo on the road
here. |
Unfortunately
we saw no sign of the Storm Trooper and his blaster rifle that was
enforcing this law. |
Of
course we had no choice but to drive FAST at THEIR risk! |
Never
saw any little piggies here. |
 |
 |
 |
 |
| This
sign drove Mary crazy ... until we saw this one that had been
modified to read in proper English. Finally Mary was
convinced it drove someone else crazy too! |
Sexism
at it's strangest? The one liners are flying through my head, but this IS a family site. |
...
to a theater near you! |
There
must be a heck of a lot more roads on Maui than the map shows if
they are up to number 3400! But the map did show that the road
this sign pointed too was 340. Same thing for 3500 and 350. |
